Refund & Return Policy

No Refunds

All purchases of carbon offsets and carbon dioxide removals through CarbonGuru are final and non-refundable. When you purchase offsets or removals, the corresponding carbon credits are retired on a public registry on your behalf. Retirement is an irreversible action — once credits are retired, they cannot be unretired, reassigned, or resold.

Because the environmental benefit is delivered immediately upon retirement, we cannot offer refunds for completed purchases.

No Returns

Carbon offsets and carbon dioxide removals are digital environmental products, not physical goods. There is nothing to ship, receive, or return. The concept of a “return” does not apply to these products.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have an active subscription (offset or removal plan), you may cancel future renewals at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any billing period that has already been processed and retired.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@carbonguru.io within 30 days of the charge. We will review the transaction and issue a correction if a billing error occurred.
